Does Tavallio read all my emails?
Only when you ask it to. Tavallio connects to Gmail through secure OAuth and only accesses messages when you give a specific instruction. Your data is never used for training or shared with third parties.
Can it send emails on my behalf?
Yes. Tavallio can draft and send emails through your Gmail account. You can review drafts before sending, or enable autopilot for routine replies like meeting confirmations and acknowledgements.
Which email providers are supported?
Gmail and Google Workspace are fully supported today. You connect your account in under a minute through the Integrations page. Microsoft Outlook support is coming soon.
What if it drafts something I don't like?
You always have the final say. Tavallio shows you the draft before sending, and you can ask it to rewrite with different tone, length, or emphasis. Over time, it learns your writing style and gets better at matching it.
