What happens if Tavallio makes a mistake?

If Tavallio makes an error while executing a task, the usage for that task is automatically refunded to your account. You should never pay for something that didn't work.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want — changes take effect immediately. If you downgrade mid-cycle, you'll keep your current plan until the billing period ends.

How does usage work?

Usage is based on how much you interact with Tavallio — every plan gets the same features, but higher plans give you more capacity. Plus gives you 2.5x the usage of Pro, Ultra gives you 5x, and Max gives you 15x.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You can start using Tavallio without entering any payment information. You'll only need to add a card when you choose a paid plan.

What does "priority speed" mean?

Higher-tier plans get faster response times because requests are routed to dedicated, less congested infrastructure. Pro users see noticeably faster responses, and Ultra/Max users get the fastest available.

What is "early access to features"?

Pro, Ultra, and Max users get access to new features, skills, and improvements before they're released to everyone else. You'll always be first to try what's new.
